Introduction
Assam tea is a popular type of black tea originating in India. Black tea is more heavily fermented than green or white, all three of which come from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Assam tea, like other black teas has a stronger more full bodied flavor and a higher caffeine content than green or white tea.

Use
Simmer water and tea leaves for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy!
