Yerba mate

Ilex paraguariensis is an amazonian tea in the same family as Guayusa with a healthy theobromine content and about twice the caffeine as green tea.                        

Introduction
Yerba mate is a delicious and nutritious tea that stimulates the blood, mind, and body. It is traditionally used in South America very similarly to how green tea is used in Asia, but tends to be more of a stimulating beverage.

Use
Simmer water and tea leaves for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy!
