Recommended 1-5 grams simmered in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Tinctures can be extremely powerful if made correctly.

Rama Tulsi is the considered the original & real Holy basil, containing the highest concentration of methyl-eugenol.

Vana Tulsi has a higher concentration of Citral, smelling strongly of Lemongrass.

Krishna Tulsi has a very complex smell, likely containing a varied mis of essential oils ranging from dill to eugenol to methyl-chavicol (p-allylanisole).
