Extremely fluffy blend! Recommended 2-4 teaspoons or 6-12 grams brewed into tea, steeped for a moment or mildly simmered; do not hard boil. Lotus Ecstasy is a floral tasting tea blend that works by strongly stimulating specific serotonin & dopamine receptors responsible for feelings of well-being, confidence, awareness, & social reward. Egyptian blue lotus flowers, also known as the sacred narcotic Egyptian blue lily has a strong association with the afterlife and artwork has been found in Tutankhamun's shrine in ancient Egypt which depicts both the queen & king pouring a liquid out of a jug in one hand, and holding both poppy & blue lilly flowers in the other.
