Origin: China
Extract of the fruit of blueberries (Vaccinium angustifolium), standardized to a 25% concentration of anthocyanins. The main anthocyanin found in blueberries are malvidin and Quercetin-glycosides. Blueberries also contain catechins and other polyphenols such as the proanthocyanidin family.

Recommended amount per dose is 100-500 mg, or 1/4th to a full size '00' capsule.

Blueberries are quite the special fruit, standing out due to their brilliant indigo blue hue, this coloration can be directly correlated to their anthocyanin content, which are responsible for the health bestowing effects of the fruit, which include cardiovascular support, cognitive benefits, reduction of blood sugar, and DNA protection, among many others.

Do not consume without knowing an accurate dosage. A milligram scale is highly recommended.
