Introduction
Mugwort is a common plant used for witchcraft, for flavoring of beer and liquors such as absinthe and as a tool to aid lucid dreaming.

Constituents
1,8-cineole, camphor, linalool, thujone, beta-sitosterol, coumarins, and alpha- and beta-carotene.

Summary
Mugwort is more of a magical herb than anything, with it's effects being more directed towards the metaphysical; ghosts, dreams, spirits and luck. It has a unique taste and aroma that has caused it to be used in many different food and drink preparations. It is believed that thujone is responsible for the enhancement of dream recall that occurs with the use of mugwort before bed.

Precautions
Do not take when pregnant. Long term use and high doses is not recommended as Thujone, a constituent of mugwort may have toxicity in large doses.
