Chinese Angelica (Dong Quai),
Loose herbal masala chai tea stuffed with tonics & energizing adaptogens. 2 teaspoons herbs brews one cup of tea, recommended no more than 3-4 cups a day. Best brewed at a medium to high boil for 5-10 minutes for the strongest effects.
This formulation is best taken as a filtered tea.
Light brews will contain more spices & tea, while stronger brews draw forth the bitter & potent essence of the adaptogens. Masala chai teas are traditionally brewed with milk or butter, this technique concentrates the flavors into the tea and is highly recommended!
