Use
Our ashwagandha is strong enough to be used in capsules or eaten directly, and can also be brewed into tea with milk or butter to make an effective tonic drink. Average doses range from 1 to 4 grams (1-2 teaspoons), 1-3 times a day. Ashwagandha works best when taken daily and supports a balance between expressive energy and inner peace.

Ashwagandha has been traditionally used in Ayurveda to help the body deal with chronic fatigue, impotency, memory loss, neurological problems and anxiety. It has actions as a motivational stimulant, aphrodisiac, cognitive enhancer, and calmness producing agent.

Ashwagandha is believed to be a very useful tool for reducing anxiety due to it's GABA mimicking effects. Ashwagandha also stimulates the thyroid, enhancing energy levels.
