Carob can be munched on much like chocolate chips, used as a cooking ingredient, a general sweetened cocoa substitute, brewed into tea, & more! Carob also helps improve the absorption of amino acids and is a potent enhancer of both the respective dopamine & serotonin containing Mucuna pruriens & Griffonia simplicifolia seeds. Roasted carob has a more cocoa-esque taste but is lower in anti-oxidants & catechins.
Carob is a tasty & nutritious food item yet has an extremely high concentration of green tea catechin class polyphenols & gallic acids such as epigallocatechin gallate, epicatechin gallate, epicatechin, gallic acid, & more.
