Camellia sinensis is an ancient Chinese herb that is now consumed throughout the planet for its health improving, calming, and energizing effects.

Extract of Camellia sinensis, standardized to a no less than 50% polyphenol concentration, of which 45% are green tea catechins, and 25% of the total weight is the catechin EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate).

Recommended amount per dose is 500-2000 mg, or 1-4 size '00' capsules.

Green tea is a time tested herb that has achieved extreme popularity and benefited many. The herb is rich in anti-oxidants, the most potent of these belonging to the polyphenol class, which are extracted and purified to produce this high potency, low caffeine extract.

Each size '00' capsule (500 mg) of this extract contains approximately 3 cups worth of green tea. Do not consume more than 2,000 mg per day, and caution is advised to those with kidney or liver issues.

Do not consume without knowing an accurate dosage. A milligram scale is highly recommended.
